The company was established in 1994 by Dr. shokatollah
Mohagerzadeh, the orthopaedic surgeon and assistant professor of
the sciense and medicine university of mashhad. Doctors
experiencens, his interest in production and necessity were the
most important reasons to perform this affair.
The primary products were external fixators and gradually
developed to implant equipments Now, the Company is going to
poroduce orthopaedic instrument sets, such as D.H.S , D.C.S
U.T.N. interlocking and A.C.L sets, wich are confirmed and
proved bay the hospital, besides External fixators and A.C.L
sets, wich are confirmed and proved by the hospital, besides
External fixators and implants wich have been produced before.
Producing spinal column implants, Maxillofacial products, total
hip, total kness, is our future plant of production.
Companys partners are all among the professors of science and
Medicine university.
Furthermore the production consultants are professors of
mechanical metallurgy and industry in technical and engineering

The materials used in this company are supplied by famous German
and Austrian companies (esp. Bohler: a German company). They
are made of specil implant of stee
.l alloys with the identified standards and confirmed physical
mechnical properties the materials are imported in accordiance
wite ratified rules of ministry of health, treatment and Medical
Eduction ministry of commerce, ministrce , of industries and
costumes with necessary international standards.
The products are mainfactured by automatic CNC and PNC (a kind
of advanced CNC machines made in swiss, England and german) and
finaiiy will converted to different kinds of screws, plates,
interamedullary nails, U.T.N( undreamed tibial nail),
interlocking nahls. The products should pass all the necessary
tests such as elasticity, flexibility, curve cracking,
dimentional teste and material analysis by an expert and
equipped quality control department. |
